What can Osteopaths help with?

Osteopaths can help most musculoskeletal disorders and minor sports injuries. Musculoskeletal is a term used to describes any bone, tendon, muscle, ligament. Typically musculoskeletal disorders affect the back, neck, shoulders, upper and lower limbs.

Osteopaths were in the past labelled “Bone Setters” as they only used to deal with bones. This is an old theory and today’s osteopaths can help musculoskeletal disorders and deal with much more than just bones!

There are no age limitations to osteopathic treatment we can treat babies to those people in their 80’s and 90’s. In fact regular treatment from your osteopath as you get older can be very beneficial to leading a healthy lifestyle.
